If your question relates to a specific app, please include the app name and version number. If you encountered a problem with the website itself, please include the URL of the page where the issue occurred and a description of what happened.
Report a Problem
If you encountered a technical problem with AppDown or one of the APK files in our catalog, please report it to [email protected]. Provide as much detail as possible: the URL of the affected page, your browser version, your device and Android version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful when applicable.
For problems with downloaded APK files (e.g., installation failures, app crashes after installation), please specify which app and version you downloaded, when you downloaded it, and the exact error message you received.
App Submission Requests
If you'd like to request that we add a specific app to our catalog, please email [email protected] with the app name, the developer's name, and a link to the app on Google Play or the developer's official website. We prioritize requests for apps that are popular but unavailable in major regional markets, or apps from developers who specifically distribute via APK.
We typically process new app requests within 5-7 business days. The verification and onboarding process for a new app takes approximately 2-3 days after we obtain the official APK file from the developer.
Developer Partnerships
App developers are welcome to submit their apps directly for inclusion in AppDown. We provide a free distribution channel for apps that pass our verification process. To submit your app, email [email protected] with your company information, app details, signed APK file, and contact information for security verification.
We can also discuss featured placement, blog reviews, and category sponsorships. We maintain editorial independence — paid placement is always clearly labeled as such, and we do not accept payment for favorable reviews or to suppress negative user feedback.
